I absolutely love living and working in Tamworth. I’ve had the privilege of meeting the most interesting people, working with brilliant local businesses, and connecting with an inspiring community of women in business 🙌

Reigniting My Business Passion ❤️‍🔥

In the world of solopreneurs and virtual support services, falling out of love with your business or your 'why' is a real challenge. 💔

About a year ago, many of the small businesses I support were struggling with increased costs, a shortage of qualified staff, and changes to workplace regulations. It became harder to push projects over the line. 📈✅

During this time, imposter syndrome crept in, and I began to question my path. Why am I doing this? Should I go back to working for "the man"? 🤔 A former mentor once told me, "We can't be the first to face this; there must be a book on it." 📚

So, I reached out to Thought Leaders in the Virtual Support industry for guidance. 🧠 Around the same time, I stumbled upon an "Ask Anything" opportunity on Kochie's Business Builders (KBB) and asked, "How do you fall back in love with your business?" 🙋🏻‍♀️💬❤️

The support and advice I received from Thought Leaders, colleagues, and peers were amazing. 🙌 I revisited my WHY - why I started my business. I reflected on WHAT I want to achieve and, in my mentor's playful words, "What do I want to be when I grow up... this week?" 🤷🏻‍♀️

Then, an email from KBB arrived. 📧 They loved my question and wanted to interview me for an article, featuring expert advice on their program. Fast forward to now: the article is published, and the segment has aired! 📰📺

Huge thanks to Anita Sarkar (Founder, Hero Packaging & Sell Anything Online) for your insightful advice. 🙏 The guidance I've received is helping me fall back in love with my business. 🔥
