I have just completed an online course on the Building Code of Australia and the associated documents including Australian Standards. This gives me a better understanding of the way these documents relate to each other so that Kalana Homes can comply with necessary regulations.

This week saw the waterprrofing to Unit 1 Completed, and passed by the PCA. Connor keeps his record of being passed on the first time on the inspection.

Installing the plaster sheet to Unit 1 of a dual occupancy that we are constructing at Mannering Park. Connor is an employee of Kalana Homes and Adam is a student who spent a week with us as part of the construction course he is undertaking at Avondale High School.
