Wow! I thought I was getting 'most' of my bins sorted, but this is certainly educational!!
CHECK THESE
- Papery takeaway coffee cups, plastic coffee pods, and cartons used to keep LONG-LIFE MILK and JUICE may seem recyclable but are actually complex multi-material packaging.
- Leave out tissues and PAPER TOWELS, coffee cups and soiled food containers.

Our (obscenely) profitable banks, the big two supermarkets and now (rumored to be next) Post Office outlets - DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS! Loneliness, lack of conversation and isolation are 'up there' with the biggest challenges for elderly people. Be kind. Say hello. Smile. Have a short chat with Seniors you see today. Please.

Most is his friends now passed.
Along with mum, his wife of near 60 years.
I’m grateful to be his daughter. One of seven rowdy kids.
And I’m sad I don’t live closer.
If you see any elderly person, tip your hat.
They’ve endured much and deserve honouring on their final leg.
And if you see my dad, say g’day.
Shake his hand.
Better still, give him a hug.
He won’t mind a bit.

We currently don't have access to bikes like these on the Peninsula, but hopefully, in the future they will be available. There are soooo many locations here to provide this fabulous, low risk activity.
