The Circle team continue to go from strength to strength. Love the “Be In” motto - works perfectly for the Clifton Beach Surf Life Saving Club 🙌🏻👍🏻

This year our club has benefited from the installation of a new solar system. SafetyCircle
contributed to the cost of installation. Oliver came down to the club for a visit and had a great catch up with two of our senior coaches and athletes.

Safety Circle is a company that works with both industry and organisations to develop safe working cultures for and with their employees. We look forward to seeing more of Oliver around the club and thank him for the ongoing support of Clifton Beach SLSC. ☀️

Congratulations TasRail
Excellence in work health and safety culture 2018 WorkSafe Award winner. Wonderful to see the team at TasRail acknowledge for their efforts. It is a pleasure partnering with them to implement the SafetyCircle Program. Watch this space as they continue to break further ground taking on the challenge in 2019.

Phase 1 of the FLEXcon USA Lean Transformation complete! Declaration events this week gave staff the chance to share improvements, safety interruptions and Circle moments. Rich and rewarding. Well done over the past 6 months everyone. Onward to Phase 2 now.

A breakthrough SafetyCircle Declaration Event today at Yallourn Mine Alliance (Victoria). All 4 Coaches plus Alice and almost 200 staff and leaders declaring “It’s ON!! And we’re up for it.”

City of Launceston council declaration event at York Park stadium: “We are Inside the SafetyCircle!” - the Mayor, GM and Directors signing and speaking their commitment to having everyone Home Safe and Well Today and Every Day. A moment to remind ourselves what’s most important in our lives. Family, Health, Safety, Enjoyment... a big acknowledgement of how far this local council has come since starting the SafetyCircle Program in 2015.

Guest speakers representing Tasmanian and national organisations, as well as our experienced Consultants, will share practical learnings and insights into what we know to be Health and Safety’s winning formula.
