I'm developing a design concept to determine the ideal size and features for an outdoor office space that I can build and market. My goal is to create the best outdoor office solution on the market, and Iā€™d love to hear any ideas that could enhance the design.

Planned Features & Materials:

Exterior: James Hardie products, painted

Interior: Finished plywood walls, either painted white for a gyprock-like appearance or stained for a natural look

Windows & Doors: Aluminum sliding window and door

Flooring: Vinyl for durability and ease of installation

Utilities: Multiple power outlets, lighting, and air conditioning

Amenities: A dedicated coffee station

Utility Setup:

To simplify installation, water and electricity will follow a plug-and-play system, similar to a caravan, allowing for easy connection.
