Floating enginnered flooring sanded and refinished, this 1 was about 20 years old and the factory aluminium oxide finish was well worn through. With proper sanding and refinishing this one is good to go again for many years to come. Thats the beauty of timber floors, they can be finished multiple times, cant say that for lvp or hybrid now can ya👌

1st job of the week involved sanding back this badly worn and severely sun damaged engineered floor, had some doubts how it was gonna finish up as it was a 3mm veneer so couldn't do aggressive sanding, but with the powerdrive this one came up sensational 👌

Send part of this stunning property in Kangarilla, this floor had some bad cupping from a flooding a few years ago, luckily the owners had spare boards left from the install, after a few repairs and good sand, this brushbox came up flat as possible 😀
