Will Speedweb be closed over Easter?
👉 Speedweb will only be closed on Good Friday. Our normal operating hours will apply for the rest of the long weekend.
Saturday, April 16th - 9am - 6pm
Sunday, April 17th - 12pm - 6pm
Monday, April 18th - 8am - 9pm

We have been informed of a scam email circulating this morning urging customers to update their password for their account. If you have received an email about your password expiring do not click any links, we urge you to delete it immediately.

Things to check if you are unsure about an email:
✔️ Check the sender's full email address or URL
❌ Never click on links or respond in the email
✔️ Always log directly into your account from our website if you want to make changes or update your information

Some of our bases are offline due power outages after last night's storm. Our onsite team are working hard to get sites back up with generators as soon as possible.

Some of the towns affecting our customers include Morwell, Traralgon, Moe, Hernes Oak, Tyers, Yallourn North, Trafalgar, Traralgon, Willow Grove, Tanjil - and surrounding areas.
