When you put together a Kings Tub Rack there are a few issues with the length of the side rails.

The top rails (front to back) are the same length as the side rails. So when you bolt it together the side rails are going to be either 6mm or 12mm too short. This is because the top rails fit between the top cross rails which fit over the side risers, resulting in the the 6mm difference. Similar happens when you extend the height up, so the side rails attach direct to the bottom part of the risers, this will result in a difference of 12mm.

You will know what I'm talking about if you have one 🤔

Couple of options:

Bolt it together and crank it with a rattle gun and bend all the fl**ges, it works, but looks average and twists the rack out of square.

Or

Purchase my 3mm and 6mm packer set so it fits together perfectly.

Packers are made from ABS plastic and moulded to the shape of the end fl**ge of the rails.

Set comes with 8 x 3mm packers and 4 x 6mm packers

The metal bowls can be either gold or silver. Slow Feeder is black.

Bowl base can be any colour (subject to what I have in stock).

Logo/business name or pet name can be in white, black, silver, gold or rose gold. On one side only.
Extra $15.00 for double bowl design and extra $5.00 for additional colour in name/logo.
