This one rings particularly close to home for us.

Valeska is a beautiful Iain Oughtred-designed Shearwater, built with an incredible amount of care, craftsmanship and attention to detail by Terry, who was very much part of the DFWB family over the years.

Sadly, Terry never got the opportunity to fully enjoy the boat he put so much of himself into. Valeska is now looking for her next custodian—someone who will appreciate not only a very special little boat, but the story and craftsmanship behind her.

She is being offered at a very realistic price and comes complete with trailer, sails and rigging.

A special boat, built by a special bloke, and one we’d dearly love to see out on the water where she belongs.

I’m small enough to tow,
Big enough to explore.

I’ve got a cabin, but no bunks,
A centreboard, but no case in the cabin.

And I carry a lot of water on board-on purpose…

Here’s a couple of Phoenix 15s we’ve had the pleasure of building over the last couple of years.

Designed by our good friend Ross Lillistone, these are fantastic little boats with a pretty interesting history.

We're still alive...

No, we haven't fallen overboard.
No, the workshop hasn't floated away.
And yes, we really have been building boats!

Social media has taken a back seat while we've been busy in the workshop, but we thought it was about time we resurfaced.

Here's one of the projects we've had the pleasure of completing—a beautiful Redwing 23, now launched and looking right at home on the water.
