We support each other, and we love a good breakfast! We meet in Mount Barker, and welcome business people from surrounding areas. The MBBG strive to create a friendly and helpful atmosphere at our meetings. We provide a platform for businesses to develop relationships, build rapport with others and learn about members businesses and the Mt Barker community.

Our Employer of Choice panel delivered a refreshingly honest conversation about building a strong company culture, attracting and retaining great staff, and navigating the difficult reality of losing valuable team members. A huge thank you to Matt Schultz MP for joining us for an engaging and insightful Q&A with our members last Friday 👏

It was great to see so many thoughtful questions from local business owners, covering everything from infrastructure and housing to business growth, investment and the future of the Adelaide Hills. Sessions like these are a great reminder of the value of bringing local decision-makers and the business community together in one room.
