Boutique family owned and operated (off-grid) cellar door, winery and vineyards situated in the Central Heathcote wine region growing vines without irrigation - come and taste the difference. We continue to evolve, grow and concentrate on Rhone and Spanish grape varietals with plantings of Shiraz, Viognier, Grenache, Mouvedre and Tempranillo and making white and red wines, including red blends and late picked desert wines. In 2008 we purchased 100 acres of Cambrian soil on the Mount Camel Ranges with one acre of (8 year old) Shiraz Vines on the property. In 2009 another five acre vineyard was planted to Shiraz and Voignier on the eastern side of the estate. In 2013, we purchased the back adjoining property of 150 acres of red Cambrian volcanic soil, including a mature 50 acre vineyard. Historically these two properties were originally connected and it has been providential to merge this land once again. This expansion of the Silver Spoon Estate vineyards will reveal exiting new wines and varietals in the coming years...

We have now opened our Cellar Door to showcase and educate our customers on true hand made wine making techniques and to taste the difference from vines grown without irrigation. All grapes grown on the estate, all red wines made on site and sold on site within our winery/cellar door. We would love to show you our wines and give you a tour of our property. One more sleep till the annual Heathcote W**e & Food festival. Join us at Marquee 34 on the south side of the music stage.

Our Chef Ben will be with us cooking up a storm with some delicious food to enjoy and pair perfectly with our w**e. Wirh gluten free and vegetarian options.

Weather is looking perfect with 20 degrees Saturday and 24 degrees on Sunday. Perfect for a relaxing day out or weekend.

What a wonderful Father’s Day weekend! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us over the past four days to celebrate dads, grandads, new dads and loved ones.

It was especially lovely to meet some new dads enjoying their very first Father’s Day, along with so many families who chose to spend their special day with us.

A very big thank you to Ben and our sensational team, both behind the scenes and front of house, for all their hard work in making the weekend so special. And a very special thank you to Tracie’s parents, Barbara and Keith, who were also there helping throughout the weekend. ❤️

Our Pork King Cutlets, Crispy Ora King Salmon and The Rocks Oysters were big hits, while Ben’s Sticky Date Pudding with housemade vanilla bean ice cream and toffee sauce was a definite favourite!

Thank you for celebrating with us. We loved having you here and look forward to welcoming you back very soon for our new Spring menu, commencing next week! 🌿🍷
