Ticking off every goal, but still empty. 😶
This is one of the most common things I see in tradie business owners and I just had this exact conversation with a client today.

You're achieving. You're hitting the targets.
But there's no joy in it.

Here's why:
Business is tough, but it's also repetitive. And when you figure out the formula and just keep running it, that's not fulfillment. That's a hamster wheel.
The tradies I know — including myself after 17 years running a family business — we come alive when things get hard.

And if there's no real challenge built into where you're heading, you'll start creating drama that doesn't need to be there.

I need to be a lot more intentional about what I'm getting out.

Not just showing up.
Not just going through the motions.
Actually treating those 62 people like the sales team they are.

150 hours a year in BNI.
That's the minimum. 3 hours a week. 50 weeks.
For a long time I looked at it as just the membership cost.

Then I asked a different question:
What's the opportunity cost?
150 hours delivering my programs to clients = over $100K in revenue.

That's not a small number. That's a wake-up call.
So I had to get real with myself… am I actually doing what I need to do to get the most out of the 62 people showing up for my business every week?

The answer was no.

And that realisation just changed everything about how I show up in my network.
