150 hours a year in BNI.
That's the minimum. 3 hours a week. 50 weeks.
For a long time I looked at it as just the membership cost.

Then I asked a different question:
What's the opportunity cost?
150 hours delivering my programs to clients = over $100K in revenue.

That's not a small number. That's a wake-up call.
So I had to get real with myself… am I actually doing what I need to do to get the most out of the 62 people showing up for my business every week?

The answer was no.

4 years ago in May, I lost my mum. This month is always filled with mixed feelings but mostly beautiful memories. If you still have your mum, appreciate her and tell her that you love her - everyday! We wouldn't be here without them.

Two days. One mindset shift. Everything changed.
I walked in thinking training was taking time away from my business. I walked out realising it IS the business.

Turns out I had it completely backwards. Training isn't time away from the business.
Once that shift clicked — everything felt more urgent, more focused, and more intentional.

The quickest way to grow your tradie business? Learn from someone who's already done it.

Right now I'm onboarding 3 new clients. It's one of the busiest periods I've had. And I still showed up to a 2-day sales workshop.

Because here's the truth — if you can't step away from your business for 2 days to invest in yourself, your business owns you. You don't own it.
