The 2025 Ivy Late Harvest, a Granite Belt blend of Pinot Gris and Verdelho with honeyed characters of baked peach, honeysuckle, quince and pear. Named in honour of Ivy Gwena Dossett, whose love of w**e helped shape everything Sirromet is today.⁠
