🌟 Recruitment Resourcer / Admin Assistant 🌟
We are seeking for a part-time Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Byron Bay. This is an excellent entry point into the recruitment industry with immediate start available.
About Us
Medipeople specialises in placing locum and permanent doctors with hospitals and private health groups across Australia and New Zealand. Our head office is in Byron Bay, with team members also based in Sydney and the Gold Coast. We are a small, close-knit business where you will work closely with the entire team.
About the role
The Resourcer supports one to three recruiters in filling vacancies. This includes basic administrative tasks such as CV formatting and reference checking, credentialing tasks such as collecting and processing sensitive documentation, as well as travel management. Providing excellent customer support and adhering to quality assurance standards are crucial for this role.
Key responsibilities
- General administrative support to the designated Recruiters
- Send job information to candidates
- Conduct reference checks via email and on the phone
- Support candidates through the credentialing process and add their information to Medipeople’s systems
- Maintain documentation, ensuring records are up to date
- Apply for provider numbers, Criminal History Checks, Work Right verifications, etc
- Arrange travel and accommodation following specific guidelines
- Adhere to Quality Policy / Quality Management Systems & Processes
- Review relevant documents and create new documentation if required
- Basic graphic design work if required
About you
- High attention to detail and efficient data entry

- Ability to communicate and perform tasks digitally
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional English communication both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office, Adobe and cloud apps
- Administrative experience in an office environment
