Been a very busy 4 days finishing 330 collars for team penning and sorting.
After cutting and sewing comes the longest part. I clean the collars to remove residual plasticiser left on the pvc after manufacture, then a wipe down then stencilling 2 coats of signwriters paint then a final top coat of a clear uv protection.
I am glad to have finished these 3 orders just have one more small order of 21 collars to go.
