Another “what’s inside your coffee machine?” One little broken piece, you can see it circled. This has broken due to the machine not being cleaned properly or often enough. Unfortunately the whole machine needs to be split in half to allow the broken part to be replaced. It’s a bit a job bad not too bad. Keep your machines clean folks and give them the best quality water possible to drink.

What’s inside your coffee machine? Lots of stuff and lots of rust. Poor coffee machine is on the operating table today receiving a major transplant. If you want to keep your coffee machine happy and healthy, use the best quality water you can find. Note: filters do not remove the minerals in the water that damage your coffee machine, and descaling is a temporary fix, it’s best to address the cause and use quality water all the time.

I had a customer call me last week for a bit of advice, I managed to talk him through a few self checks with his washing machine and ended up solving the problem. He just popped in and said “I ended up getting so much money out of the washing machine I had enough to buy you something” thanks Michael, it’s greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to make it clear that if you live inside the Mount Gambier city limits (80km zone) we do not charge travel. Outside of this area a travel charge will apply, this also covers ALL warranty repairs. If you have a warranty repair outside of the city limits and do not want a travel charge added you will need to bring items to our office. Unfortunately this can be inconvenient but companies are not willing to pay enough to cover my time and expenses. If anyone has any questions or needs more information you are welcome to call me 0438375767 or comment here for others to see.

Hi everyone, just a quick post for a little update. As more and more people discover our services we become more and more busy. Lately we have had more customers and service requests then ever. This unfortunately means that Ian is absolutely flat out trying to get to everyone’s jobs quickly and it’s becoming a little difficult to keep our turnaround times as low as possible. In saying that we still provide the fastest and most cost effective service in town, we ask for your patience and remind you that I will contact you with progress on repairs as they are available, if you call to check in it can slow my progress down on your job and everyone else’s too. Sorry if you are waiting longer than expected, your repair is getting done while you patiently wait. Thank you. Ian.
