As a postnatal doula I love working with new mums during those huge first weeks and months of life. It's an extraordinary time of change and wonder but it can also be one of over-whelming weariness and confusion. Warm, non-judgmental, practical support goes a very long way - and that's where I come in. Every mum has different needs, and those needs can vary from hour to hour, something I completel

y empathise with. These are a few of the things I can do for you:

Be there for you when you need me
Support you to feel strong in the choices you make around your baby's care
Help you understand your baby's sleeping and feeding needs. Mind your babe so you can get some rest or get out of the house
Help with light household tasks
Do a little cooking and grocery shopping
Engage with siblings so you can focus on your baby
Listen and help you work through difficult or stressful issues
Give you a gentle shoulder massage
Simply take care of you the way that you need me to


I work a minimum of three hours per day (mornings or afternoons). The number of days per week varies from 1-5. Generally, I work with families for 3 or more weeks. I charge $40 per hour
