We're recruiting an experienced Maintenance & Production Site Supervisor for an operation in regional NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role spanning people, production, maintenance, safety and client coordination.

We’re looking for someone with strong site leadership experience and a practical, accountable approach. Drilling experience is highly regarded, but we’re also interested in experienced supervisors from mining, maintenance, production or similar operational environments.
