Hello 👋

Between our team, we’ve got decades of experience in telco and technology — and we genuinely enjoy sharing what we’ve learnt along the way. ❤️

If you’re thinking about upgrading your phone system, IT or hardware, there are a few things you really need to watch out for.

And it doesn’t matter whether you choose Real ICT or not (although obviously we’d prefer you did 😉).

What matters is that you don’t get locked into a bad deal, pay for things you don’t need, or end up with hardware or a system that isn’t right for your business.

No hard sell. No BS. Just a few things we think you should know before you sign on the dotted line. 👀

Hopefully this short video helps anyone currently looking at an upgrade.

And if you’ve got a question afterwards, just ask — we’re always happy to help. 👍

Been a while since a Real ICT Culinary adventure - but we’re back… and my goodness have we found ourselves a cracker!!! 😋

All driven by the boss seeing a foodie promoting the Pita Bakery in Mordialloc - and having an appointment locally yesterday, he grabbed one and was so blown away - next day he had to buy for the whole team 🥪 🍱

From the amazing service at the store - to what has now been voted the yummiest sandwich of all we’ve tried - take a bow to Yuri and and team at Pita Bakery!!! 🙌

We love supporting local businesses - if you’ve got a recommendation for us to try, tell us below in the comments 👇 👇

Hello All! 👋☀️

Spring is here!! The sun is shining, the weather is warming up, and we’ve received some fantastic feedback from one of our newest clients. It doesn’t get much better than that! 😎

We recently welcomed a new client in Townsville, initially helping them with their internet connection and a new cloud phone system. ☁️📞

They’ve been so happy with the service and support that they’ve now trusted Real ICT with the rest of their telecommunications—including additional internet connections and mobile services.

For us, that’s the best kind of feedback. When a client chooses to bring more of their business across, we know we’re delivering exactly what we promise: reliable technology backed by responsive, real support.

Welcome aboard—we’re looking forward to supporting your continued growth!
