STRATEGIC WORKSHOP - GIPPSLAND
We ran a facilitated strategy workshop over the weekend to a disability services provider in Gippsland. A great success with a clear Mission-Vision-Values framework created, Unique Selling Proposition identified and Strategic Plan developed. All credit to the board and key staff attendees for achieving so much.

Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast
An interesting start to the day this morning listening to the story of Carmen's Fine Foods founder Carolyn Creswell. Carolyn, a former Telstra Business Woman of the Year winner, started the business 25years ago after paying $1,000 to buy a small muesli business she was working for at the time.

NDIS COSTING & PRICING WORKSHOP
Today, we ran a workshop for the NDIS in sunny Shepparton.
A full house of enthusiastic disability service providers from as far away as Horsham and Yarrawonga learnt about costing and pricing under the new NDIS regime. Thanks for Shepparton Access for hosting the workshop. Construction of a large court-house in the CBD is progressing, the sunny parks and lakes are perfect for this time of year and the Shepparton Agricultural Society are here.

Facilitated/presented another NDIS workshop for the NDS in Traralgon in Gippsland today.
Inner Gippsland goes live October 1st but the providers in attendance today are in good shape. It is the ones who don't attend such workshops who are the main worry for NDS...
