MEET THE MAKER – Clayfield W**es. Shiraz is the specialty here, 100% estate grown and produced on site. The very limited production and attention to detail results in beautifully hand crafted basket pressed Shiraz.

A visit to their compact w**ery and cellar door in Moyston is a no nonsense affair, where you receive personal attention from vigneron Simon Clayfield, who generously welcomes visitors and takes you on a journey sharing his w**e knowledge and experiences.

Pruners cut out today, Kaye made the last cut at 5pm. Accompanied by a friendly Magpie and a double rainbow.
Budburst is happening during this last week, normally have completed pruning by August end but this campaign was delayed to wet weather throughout winter.
So the cycle ends and begins all over again.
Tickets on sale soon for Clayfield W**es at Oak & Hound W**e Bar on October 16th. with a special tasting of museum w**es and our latest new releases.
