Here is your opportunity to make history in the famous Hunter Valley.

It is said that the Hunter Valley is the birthplace of Australian W**e. We have 2 beautiful properties available, the first a successful commercial brand with w**ery and vineyard and the second a stunning family owned boutique vineyard, w**ery and olive grove.

W**emaking and viticulture have been around the Hunter Valley area since the early European settlers arrived in the late 18th Century when Australia was a penal colony for the British Empire.

A pivotal point was in 1825 when James Busby brought back vine cuttings from over 500 vineyards from his travels throughout Europe and South Africa and planted them in his property at Kirkton. Over the following years Busby’s vines spawned many of the early vineyards and helped establish the Valley as a key w**e region.

Over the past two centuries many famous w**e making names and families have made the Hunter Valley their home including, Wyndham, Wilkinson, Tyrell, Tulloch, Drayton, and Dr Lindeman who with others, such as Maurice O’Shea and Max Lake have helped shaped the region into what it is today.

The Hunter Valley is defined by its rich history and complimented by a new generation of families, w**emakers and viticulturists to carry on the region’s w**e making traditions. Now is your opportunity to be a part of the action!
