The boutique wine label, Gilbert, is handcrafted by Simon and Will Gilbert who come from six generations of winemakers. As artisans of elegant cool climate wines, our ethos is simple, wise wine-making with fresh appeal. The Cellar by Gilbert is our tasting room. We offer both current and

museum releases, local charcuterie, High Valley cheeses and tailor made wine masterclasses led by our knowledgeable staff. We also feature wines from family, friends and mentors from around the world who have contributed to the Gilbert story.

Join Will Gilbert, Gourmet Traveller WINE Young Winemaker of the Year 2021 for our Winter Masterclass to experience the alluring diversity of Gilbert Shiraz.

Taste through different vintages and regions including Orange, Mudgee, and Eden Valley, and discover the different personalities of Shiraz and its part in the Gilbert Family Wines story.

Hosted at The Cellar by Gilbert, this masterclass will be a lively, relaxed, and informative wintry Friday afternoon with some beautiful Shiraz and matching small bites, in front of our atmospheric open fireplace.

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, all online orders must be placed by Saturday 11th December at 5pm. Any order that is made after this, cannot be guaranteed that it will arrive before Christmas.

Our Cellar Door will be open as per usual hours this week and next and we will be open for take away sales during the week of Christmas 20th- 23rd.
