Last night we celebrated 10 years of The Cellar by Gilbert… and what a night it was 🍾

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this very special milestone. We were truly blown away by the support, love and energy in the room.

To everyone who has supported us over the past 10 years- Thank you 🙏 From familiar faces who have been with us from the beginning, to new customers who have only recently walked through our doors, we’re so grateful for every one of you!

There were plenty of laughs, delicious food from the kitchen, a little dancing, and of course, some very special w**es making an appearance.

What a way to celebrate 10 years!! Heres to many more years, more memories and plenty more good times ahead, together 🥂

We’re looking for someone to join our cellar door team on a full-time basis!

No two days are quite the same! From our cellar door w**e tastings and lunch experiences to our beautiful functions, weddings and events, you’ll work alongside an enthusiastic and passionate team in a fun and diverse environment.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys working with people day-to-day!

Hospitality or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and genuine willingness to learn are just as important.

If this sounds like you, or someone you know, we’d love to hear from you!

10 Years of The Cellar by Gilbert 🥂

For a whole decade, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming so many wonderful people through our doors. From w**e tastings and long lunches to weddings, celebrations and everything in between you have filled our cellar door with so many beautiful memories!

To celebrate this very special milestone, we’re hosting an evening of celebrations, and we’d love for you to join us!

The 2017 Gilbert Verjus 🍊

The Gilbert Verjus is a non-alcoholic drink made from unripe, early-picked Zinfandel grapes, sourced from our vineyard here in Mudgee.

🍷 Here at the cellar door, we serve our Verjus as a refreshing beverage mixed with sparkling water and dried fruit.

🍽️ It can also be used for salad dressings, as a basting liquid for roast chicken, for deglazing the frypan, and as the perfect complement to mushrooms and oysters!
