Introducing The Don 🍺🐎

This Father’s Day, we’re raising a glass to a true Gooree Park legend — Don Eduardo.

Introducing The Don, our limited-edition New Zealand Pale Ale, celebrating the remarkable racehorse who was purchased by Gooree Park Stud at the 2000 Karaka Yearling Sale in New Zealand before going on to win the 2002 AJC Australian Derby.

Don Eduardo was named after Eduardo Cojuangco Jr’s father, Eduardo Cojuangco Sr., and this special release recognises not only Don Eduardo’s achievements on the track, but also the legacy left by Eduardo Cojuangco Jr and the ongoing stewardship of the Cojuangco family.

Last night, we took Gooree Park Wagyu and Wine from Mudgee to the Blue Mountains for a very special evening at Taqueria Arriba in Leura. 🥩🍷

TORO y VINO brought together Gooree Park Wagyu, Gooree Park Wine, and the bold flavours of Filipino, Mexican and Australian cooking.

The team at Taqueria Arriba worked through the whole animal, showcasing everything from tendon, lengua and oxtail to tenderloin, short rib and striploin — proving there’s so much more to Wagyu than just a steak.
