ProVision is the largest independent optical group in Australia. They assist their member optometrists to meet their professional objectives and grow their business via a unique format that enables them to retain their independence and ownership. Established by the Optometrists Association of Australia (OAA) in 1989 as an independent membership organisation, ProVision now services the needs of over 370 independent optometrists nationally. ProVision operates under a Board of Directors appointed by the OAA via their National Executive Council. Based in Melbourne, the group employs over 20 staff to support their members around the country.

Last week we shared one of our favourite little traditions at ProVision HQ, Toastie Thursday.

But that’s just one of the many ways our Mulgrave team makes time to connect.

Twice a year, we also hold an office clothes swap. Instead of sending pre-loved pieces straight to donation, the team brings them in, swaps with each other and gives them a second life.

It’s simple, social and a little more sustainable, and always a fun way to bring the team together.

Sometimes it’s the small traditions that help shape a great workplace culture.
