There have been reports this morning of a number of storage sheds being broken into overnight at another local complex.
Please note, our complex is secure, our gates & security system is operational.
And we are available via email 24/7 at [email protected]
Our tenants are all secure.
Thoughts to the people dealing with this today.

Good morning,
Our Coffs Harbour office will be closed today. Staff are unable to travel due to flood waters & road closures. 🌧️🌧️🌧️
The complex is not under threat & we will be open Friday as usual.

While our offices are closed our tenants have full access to their storage sheds.

Good morning beautiful people…
Nothing to report here.
Both Mullumbimby & Coffs Harbour are doing fine.
Power has been restored thanks to the hard working Essential Energy people.
Mullumbimby office will be open Monday morning as usual (might have some kids & puppy as helpers but that’s how we roll)
Coffs Harbour office will be closed Monday due to road closures but we’ll be back Tuesday.
Thank you to all the people who handled the uncertainty with a dash of kindness.
See you all soon 😊
