Locksmith Apprenticeship (Position Vacant)
Ontime Locksmiths & Security Systems is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and friendly person to join our team on a Full-Time basis in Mullumbimby NSW.

Looking to start your career in the Locksmithing industry as a full-time Locksmith Apprentice (4 years).
Ontime Locksmiths and Security is a well-established company, based in the Byron Shire of NSW servicing various locations. Dealing with domestic and commercial clientele.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an apprentice you will be required to attend TAFE QLD at Eagle Farm as per study block assigned by Tafe QLD and follow all TAFE requirements and responsibilities to obtain a Cert III in Locksmithing.
Role will also include:
Work within a workshop environment serving domestic and commercial clients in a face to face and telephone manner.
Follow clientele Induction, WHS, onsite rules and obligations.
Follow instructions set by Tradesman.
Arrive to work on time.
Always arrive to work well presented in full uniform and well groomed.
Must be polite and well mannered.
Will be able to retain technical information.
Work in a safe manner at all times. Following Ontime Locksmiths & Security WHS methods and guidelines.
Will be able to exercise discretion within their level of skills and training.
Must be able to communicate essential information via Data entry, hand-written notes, telephone and face to face.
Requirements:
• Able to obtain a NSW Security License
• Able to attend TAFE QLD Cert III in Locksmithing At TAFE QLD as part of the apprenticeship
• Valid clean NSW Police check
• Manual drivers license
• White Card
Essential Skills:
• A can-do attitude
• Have a medium level understanding of computer skills for the use of security software programs including but not limited too automotive and restricted key databases.
