A couple of absolutely amazing days at BRCCC for the WA State Titles, and it continues tomorrow for 4wd day!

Well run, well raced, and the weather puting on an absolute show.

Did I say I was prepared? I was lying...

Nothing like some night before gluing of tyres for states!

Shown here 5 minutes work with the Whitfab Glue Jig, and applicator tips on my favorite Medium CYA glue. Not a drop spilt, fingers, shirt, and even the dog still glue free 🎉🎉🎉

Practice day is done, see you on track for the real action tomorrow!

T-1 and hands up who's ready for states!

Cars rebuilt, tyres glued, setups complete, tools cleaned, car packed!

No?!...

Me neither 😅 but the out of office email is on, so that's a good start!

See you bright and early tomorrow, I will have gear with me for display and sale, and I'll even be doing demos of the tyre glue jig once I've stopped by the shop for some tyre glue 🤣

The full compliment of Whitfab gear got a workout at on Saturday gearing up for states. The PR Racing 2wd buggy getting a full rebuild and setup after being neglected for the last 12+ months.

Sneaky confession: I had written off the 0.5mm increment ride height gauge as a bit of a clown due to its bulk, but it's actually my favourite 🤣 I may do a reduced range version to bring the bulk down a tad though.

Whitfab's been a "few gauges in a tackle box" operation for a while now.

Turns out that doesn't scale well when half the pit lane wants one.

Full price list is up — setup tools, pit tools, and a couple of
workshop bits for the ones who take it home too. Everything's carbon
fibre reinforced where it matters, comes in 7 colours, and personalisation
is free trackside.

Available at Belmont BRCCC most weekends, or on Etsy (WhitFabAU) if
you can't wait that long.

Update from the bench: the 1/10 jig wasn't a one-off.

1/8 buggy version is done and it's the meaner sibling — same cup, pin, bearing plate, threaded cap, just built for the bigger tyre.

Ran a batch through today. No wandering, no fingerprints in the glue, no lever arm doing that annoying flex thing.

Both sizes now available — 1/8 and 1/10, so pick your poison, why not both?!
