This past weekend Max took his N20 rocket 253 to Nowra for the final round of AMCA nationals for the season. A few teething issues in the night with Max's helmet constantly fogging up and not being able to see on the track in the first and second heat. In the third heat, we changed the set up on the car to resolve a push and the car was quick. Max went out for the A main starting off the back row and made his way up to 3rd position. With 5 laps to go, Max started to get a flat right rear. He held on for a few laps but the tyre went down making it impossible to drive causing a DNF. Max was devastated that he missed out on his first podium finish in the AMCA's. We had such a great season running the AMCA's and are looking forward to bigger and better things in the 21/22 season.
