At MiNECO, we hold quarterly offsite days focused on training, collaboration, problem solving and team building.

These sessions are an important opportunity for our leaders to step away from the day-today operations, share ideas, strengthen connections and work together on ways to make our teams and work places even better.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed their energy, insights, and enthusiasm throughout the day. It’s inspiring to see such a committed group of leaders driving growth and supporting each other.

Last week, Cooper visited the school on behalf of MiNECO to help select the winners of the MiNECO Colouring Contest, while Briohny was there to present our donation towards the community Colour Run, which raised an incredible $19,000!

We’re thrilled to contribute to such a vibrant community initiative and support the amazing students and staff at Singleton Heights Public School.

MiNECO is proud to support the incredible work of the Dyson Family Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to tackling weekend hunger and providing educational opportunities for underprivileged youth right here in our local community the Hunter Valley.

Their flagship initiative, BackPack Pals, partners with schools and local government across the Hunter Valley to deliver food packs to children doing it tough—making a real difference where it’s needed most.
