What we require:
• experience in all general vineyard operations will be highly regarded
• experience driving Heavy Combination vehicles is preferred
• high competency in operating heavy machinery and vineyard related attachments
• an emphasis on safety, risk management and machinery care
• a background in viticulture or agriculture, with an above average mechanical aptitude
• a valid ChemCert accreditation is desirable
• a high attention to detail and standards of work
• the ability to conduct maintenance and service all plant and equipment
• physical fitness, as the role is demanding and requires stamina
• the ability to communicate well with the team and our clients
