Hi All

An update on the Mt Alexandra tower that supplies Bendigo transmission that has been affected by the fires.

They have installed a temporary tower to supply limited channels till the tower itself is fixed

Please see attached message

If you do not have your antenna pointing to Bendigo please do not re tune your tv as there is no need to and will cause cross contamination of channels being scanned that do not work properly due to poor signal.

If your antenna is pointing at Bendigo and you are not getting channels yes you will have to do and auto scan

Or manual scan channels 28, 29 and 32

This may change again once the tower is fixed and you may have to re tune again!

At least you have channels to watch

Morning all

As you can imagine I have had hundreds of phone calls about outages for Bendigo

We are doing our best to try and get back to you to fix your tv reception for you.

If we havnt yet please get in contact and we can put you on the list

They are saying 4 to 6 weeks supposedly to fix Bendigo reception due to the fires

If you are able to stream 7,9 and 10 with your internet and smart tv that’s a good option till the tower is back on line.

If not shepparton may be an option if the signal is ok

we are trying to get back to everyone but as we are a small business this will take time.
