My 2 cents. There is a post sharing about how women are STILL subject to less pay than their male counterparts.
In order for us to demand an equal standing we also need to demand off each other a higher level of conversation.

How many women are subjected to the question:

When are you having a baby?
Reply - no we're happy as we are because the reality of having to go into the subject of we can't have kids is more painful, but even when you say we can't have kids you are then are subjected to why aren't you doing IVF? So the endless question begins.

Why are we asking these questions of each other when it has been well documented that not all women can have children. Have been suffering miscarriages, been putting their bodies through rounds and rounds of IVF. Suffering in silence.

Let's bring the conversation up to a higher level with EACH OTHER. Ask your follow sister - what are your goals over the next year? How can I help you achieve that?

If we demand a higher level of conversation with each other than we can push the conversations to be more than: why are you not married yet? Why no kids? isn't it your job to cook your husbands meals? The typical questions as if that is the ONLY thing a woman is good for.

I MANIFESTED a Doterra kit for FREE! I had wanted this kit for ages but just thought when it's meant to be it will be. I have my own account but every time I had planned on buying it I end up buying other oils. Anyway, I entered a raffle and the kit was one of the prizes - again I thought if I win this it's a blessing but didn't hold onto it. I had one of the first tickets called out so I got to select from the table of prizes and yep! Grabbed the prize I had actually been wanting for a very long time.
