This morning Jillaine Duve, Partner at Caldwell Martin Cox (solicitors | Lawyers) presented a compelling case on mediation, the law and all things legal at our September meeting.
We learned many aspects of family law and the benefits of modern mediation techniques to minimise the pain for all parties when things are tough during a separation and settlement.

The knowledge in the room with 15 members from many different industries is very evident and very useful when it comes to needing help or a shoulder to lean on.

What a stunning venue to start our morning, Bounty and its members visited the Hill Street Camden headquarters of Caldwell Martin Cox this morning where we were given a tour of the stately circa 1909 building by Jillaine Duve, Partner and later during a well composed presentation by Sarah Dunn, Solicitor we were tested on our (limited) knowledge of all things Will related including Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardian and the intricacies of probate law.

An insightful meeting this morning, this month we were led by our resident local hero Josh Phipps from Fusion Shutters and Blinds.
A great roll-up of local business owners and members, meeting at The Fat Cat Cafe in Camden.
Our guests this morning were Sharon Robertson and Tia Veech from “No Home My Home”, a startup charity offering the homeless some secure storage for their treasured possessions including a tent and some other much needed luxuries.
They are preparing to roll out hundreds of these bags to help make the homeless feel less vulnerable to the stresses of living without the security of a house.

We’re mixing things up and giving members the chance to add their style to meetings, today was Lachlan Gelder, Partner at Marsden’s chance to run a meeting and he did a great job, encouraging some good conversations around what we want to achieve with our business group.
