They were understandably shocked, especially after learning their property had previously been advertised as “Under Offer” without a signed contract in place with same agent .

Be cautious of common industry traps—promises of “off-market buyers,” inflated price expectations to win your business, or the lure of “free marketing” that may come with strings attached.
