Unified Services Australia Gains National Recognition for Excellence In Essential Services.
Unified Services Australia has received a prestigious Telecommunications Industry Award for its delivery of Excellence in Safety, Health and Customer service. Leading service provider to the Telecommunications Industry, Visionstream Australia awarded Unified Services, the Essential Services Contractor Award based on its performance over the fourth quarter of 2020.
Unified Services General Manager, Doug Miller has indicated that the company was very proud to have been chosen for such a prestigious award from amongst some 312 companies that work within the Essential Services Business Unit.
As one of Victoria’s most prospering HVAC and Facility Maintenance companies, Unified Services has been working within the Visionstream Essential Services Business Unit providing Preventative and Reactive HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical,
Emergency Power and General Building Maintenance to the Telstra Network Integrity and Facilities Management (NIFM) Contract throughout Victoria. In addition to the NIFM contract, Unified Services works closely with the Visionstream Critical Infrastructure and Building Services Team completing both metro and regional works throughout Australia. Visionstream has a large network of Critical Infrastructure and relies on Unified Services to keep its services operating under many varying and challenging environments.
According to Visionstream General Manager for Essential Services, Vinko Kovacevic, the Reward and Recognition Scheme for its partner contractors was introduced in early 2018 to recognise both Excellence in customer service delivery and also Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
“Given that the Essential Services Business in Visionstream deals with over 312 companies it is prestigious to be nominated under this scheme and even more significant to be the recipient of a quarterly award.
“Unified Services Australia has proven to be a trusted partner of Visionstream providing a variety of Asset Management services over a wide geographic area. We are delighted to be able to recognise the hard work by all of the people within Unified Services in this manner, and we offer our congratulations to all in Unified Services who have made this success a reality,” Mr Kovacevic said.
