Employment Opportunity – Apprenticeship in, Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
Air Response is looking for an apprentice to join our team.
Mature age applicants will also be considered with appropriate wage adjustment depending on prior industry experience.
The successful applicant will be trained over a four-year period.
On completion a Certificate 3 in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) will be awarded.
Generally, work week is Monday to Friday but during busy periods of the year 12-hour days would be required and some weekend work.
The areas of training would be, but not limited to:
• Installation of refrigeration equipment
• Installation of domestic and commercial air conditioning equipment
• Electrical fault finding and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Carry out general servicing
• Scheduling own work bookings and communication to clients in a professional manner.
Our business covers a large area surrounding Narrogin and a driver’s licence is essential when applying.
This industry is unique with a different skill set to more common trades.
