Communities in Voxxi ... Yes yes yes, now thats something to sing about.

Want to create a pure community group?

Create a Group in your Organization but don't create any applications. Invite your guests into the group, they will be added as 'Lite Members' and you have a wall like Facebook or Linkedin to allow posts and discussions.

Want to include Apps in a community but restrict who can use and see them?

If you want to make it a cross between some users only being able to only contribute to the community group and some using applications and interacting in the group, change the user level of the members in the group that you want to use the Apps to 'Members' (not Lite Members) then they will be able to also see the applications and be part of the discussions.

We have just completed the full integration to manage a community within your business. It's the first step with improvements to be added.

To create a community group do the following:

1 - Create a Group in your Organization
2 - In the new Group dropdown click 'User Management'
3 - invite people into your new Group - Note: all invitees will be Lite Members. Lite Members can not create, edit or see Apps, they can only create, edit and reply to posts in the Group.
