We received a lovely Google review from a customer yesterday that honestly made us pause and be proud to be a part of the community that we have grown up in. Read below what Rachelle had to say:
"I accidentally smashed the main window behind our couch right after getting home from a red-eye flight, and honestly it felt like everything just fell apart in that moment. There were still big, sharp shards of glass hanging there, and my kids couldn’t even safely sit on the sofa, it was really overwhelming.
When I called Macedon Ranges Glass, I was exhausted, in shock, and I actually ended up crying on the phone. At first, the soonest they could do was the next day, which just didn’t feel doable with young kids and a window like that.
Nicole was amazing. She could hear how stressed I was and didn’t just leave it at that, she started calling around to her team to see if anyone could come out that same day. She mentioned her team have young kids too, so they understood how stressful it was, which honestly made me feel really heard in that moment.
She was so kind and patient with me when I was clearly all over the place. And on top of that, their pricing was really reasonable, which was such a relief after everything.
And to the two guys who came out (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your names, one was Craig I think) were just as great — they got straight into it, no fuss, no judgement, and had everything sorted so quickly.
I’m just so grateful — I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough."
