Our Trash Truck obsessed twins celebrated their 2nd birthday over the weekend, can you believe it’s been 2 years! 🤯
After sourcing some new cutters, it was time to create.
I was a bit slower than previous times but it was still very rewarding to create, especially for these guys.
If anyone is interested in purchasing the set get in touch, selling the 3 characters for $25.

We are away up north escaping the Victorian winter.
Today I decided to make my air fryer scones again, I think they turned out better than the last time.
Recipe below ⬇️

I just used the 3 ingredient recipe

- 2 cups SR flour
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup lemonade (I used sugar free).

Mix until combined with wooden spoon then form into ball, pat out mixture on lightly floured surface until around 1 inch thick - cut either with cutter or knife (I made 9 with this batch).
Brush with a little milk.
I pre heated my air fryer on 200c for 2 minutes- added scones, cooked on 200c for 8 minutes (but every brand performs differently), turned over then cooked another 2 minutes.
The photo speaks for itself. ❤️

Hint, if you want thickened cream but don’t have a mixer, just shake in the container it came in, after a couple of minutes, it thickens.

For those who liked the look of my last cake, here is the white mud cake version with the same recipe. Omit the coco and add an extra tablespoon of flour and an extra teaspoon of vanilla.
The topping is the same recipe as the last one too, but this one has fresh crumbled raspberries mixed through.
