​Now is the perfect time to make the switch!

The NSW Government has launched the EV Fleets Kick-start funding program, providing significant financial incentives to help local businesses transition to electric.

​What you can get:
✅ Vehicle Incentives: Receive between $5,000 and $50,000 per vehicle—covering everything from SUVs to heavy commercial trucks.
âś… Charging Support: Get help with the costs of installing smart AC or DC charging ports at your site.

​Is your business eligible?

This program is designed for businesses with smaller fleets. If you have an ABN and currently operate at least 3 vehicles, 1 taxi, or are an individual truck operator in NSW, you could qualify!

​The current funding round is open until 29 May 2026. It’s a great way to lower your operational costs and get ahead of the transition to a cleaner, more efficient fleet.

I know it’s tempting to jump straight into the name, logo, website and structure — it feels like you’re getting things moving.

But I’ve found it’s so much easier when you first tick off these 3:

> Talk to real customers
> Test a simple first offer

Most people think innovation = new product features.

But the businesses that grow fastest usually innovate in 4 places:

> Product / Service (better value)
> Customer Experience (easier journey)
> Delivery / Fulfilment (more reliable)
> Convenience of Purchase (less effort to buy again)
