Celebrating 4 years of Executive Edge! 🎉🎉

Four years of backing myself, building something meaningful, and supporting incredible people doing amazing work.

What started as an idea has grown into a business I’m genuinely so proud of. One that allows me to work with wonderful clients, build strong relationships, and do work I truly love.

To my clients, thank you for trusting me and valuing what I bring. To my family, friends, and especially my husband, thank you for the constant support behind the scenes.

Balancing business, family life, volunteering, and all the moving parts isn’t always simple, but I’m so grateful to do what I do.

There’s something special about being trusted with the tasks that clients simply don’t have the time (or headspace) for - especially when it’s something that makes a genuine difference to their workflow!

This kind of feedback means a lot because often the work I do sits quietly behind the scenes, helping things run smoothly, stay organised, and take pressure off busy people doing important work.

I had the privilege of attending the International Women’s Day event on Friday, and it was such an inspiring afternoon!

Hearing speak was truly special. Honest, humble and incredibly grounded. One line that really stayed with me was when she said, “Pressure is a privilege.” Such a powerful reminder that pressure often shows up when something truly matters.

The conversations throughout the afternoon centred around things that resonated deeply with me - the importance of self-care, self-determination and self-awareness, and the reminder that when women support one another, incredible things can happen!

So grateful to have been in a room full of inspiring women, sharing stories, ideas and connection (including some very special women in my life!).

A wonderful way to celebrate the strength and impact of women in our community. 💜

Back to school after what felt like 600 weeks…(okay, okay - it was only 6 😅)

A huge thank you to my incredible clients for your patience, flexibility, and understanding over the past few weeks. From welcoming “little helpers” into online meetings to catch-ups in the local park so the kids could burn off some energy while we worked - you are absolute legends.

I just dropped my baby off to kindergarten and the emotions are VERY real. 🥹

I’m so grateful to work with such supportive, understanding people! To run a business that allows me to juggle family and work in a way that truly works for us, I’ve absolutely won the lotto.

Now it really feels like 2026 is officially underway, and I’m SO ready for it!

As we head into the Christmas break, I want to pause and say thank you.

To my incredible clients -
Thank you for once again trusting me with your businesses, your projects, and the many moving parts behind the scenes. I feel so privileged to support such wonderful people and businesses that I genuinely align with. Working alongside you is something I never take for granted.

To my biggest support system -
My husband, my children, and my family, thank you for your constant encouragement, patience, and belief in me. You are the steady foundation behind everything I do, and I’m so grateful for you.

This year has been full of growth, connection, learning, and moments that reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

Wishing you all a peaceful, fun-filled Christmas and some well-deserved time to rest and reset.

A beautiful client shared an absolute gold nugget with me the other day and it’s really stuck.

She said:
“It’s not that you don’t have the capability… it’s that you don’t have the capacity.”

Such a simple shift in perspective, but what a powerful one!

As business owners, VAs, or anyone juggling a full plate, it’s easy to be hard on ourselves when things feel unfinished or delayed. But sometimes, it’s not about whether we can do it - it’s about whether we have the space to do it well.

This reminder has been sitting with me all week....empowering, grounding, and a gentle nudge to give ourselves grace. 🙏💙

A very belated post about the incredible ’s Level Up Conference back in August….but better late than never! 💫

After a number weeks of being unwell (and juggling school holidays 🙃), I finally had a moment to reflect on what was an absolutely inspiring day of connection, motivation, and practical growth - both personally and professionally.
