Tomorrow I turn 40 🎉… and I’ve spent the last week in what felt like the crumbling, the undoing of what I thought was strong foundations, the initiation of the 4 energy, the new decade of energy I’m entering…

The last decade of my life was a 3 energy cycle…

Expression, communication and devotion to my truth.

I was called to stop hiding, stop performing and to stop abandoning myself for acceptance from others.

The call “ are you willing to be seen for who you really are” … the answer a big F Yes… it’s been met with heartache and pain but I’ve still stayed strong never waived from my mission knowing this was my cycle to master.

But now…

This next decade is not about “finding” my voice it’s about stabilising it…

To build foundations that actually support it.

4 energy is asking me to ground that purpose to step into my power with discipline, devotion and divine order.

4 energy cares about what’s real. What’s structured and what’s sustainable.

When I learnt the difference between A-roll and B-roll everything changed for me…

B-Roll is:
1. Short clips of your business in action
2. Behind the scenes (BTS) moments
3. Easy everyday footage you can film quickly

A-Roll is:
1. You talking to the camera
2. Planned or scripted content
3. Your main message or teaching point

B-roll is prioritised by the explore page & reels tab it will get you a higher view count & reach with non followers

Whereas A-roll is perfect for your followers and drives engagement
