Honoured to present at the Australian HR Institute Newcastle & Hunter Region Networking Forum on “Unlocking the Potential of a Multi-Generational Workforce.”

With up to four generations in today’s workplaces, navigating these dynamics can be complex - but as we explored in our discussion, success lies in better understanding each generation and adapting our approach, rather than expecting an entire workforce to change for us. At the end of the day we all want the same things - security, a decent wage, flexibility and meaningful work!

I had the opportunity to attend the Maitland Business Chamber lunch today with Rebecca McKenzie and Mike Maffey.
