All too often we think we are entering a great workplace... then after a short space of time we see its doesnt match our values.. are changing that....

We often discover that many businesses are concentrating on the ‘what’ of human resources and totally forget the “how”. By focusing on the ‘how’ the negative impact of decisions will be less and therefore less traumatic for everyone involved.

It is saddening to see personal opinions dragging down the enormous plight ahead to reducing the impacts of mental health.... so personal opinions aside is what we as a society should all be focused on .... understand what those directly effected face everyday. ...recognise that everyone is or has been indirectly effected by mental health and that the language and conversations we all have can and do change, support and improve life for everyone.
