The child care sector in Newcastle has recently been inundated with new wealthy entrants, with the intention of making an "easy" $ or two. In a market that has historically been blessed with an over abundance of demand, child care providers are now being forced to compete for customers. The new 'Guide to the National Quality Framework' has been released which is a good time to brush up on your knowledge and review how you might be able to change your practices to enhance your quality/national rating to gain a competitive edge.
Alternatively come and speak to us about your other competitive growth options (such as mergers, acquisitions, cost minimisation, and budgeting).
Have you seen the new Guide to the National Quality Framework (NQF)?
In partnership with all governments, ACECQA has published a new guide with a fresh, updated look and format to support the education and care sector to understand and implement the NQF. The new guide for providers, services and regulatory authorities combines the NQF Resource Kit and Operational Policy Manual, and provides guidance on the Exceeding National Quality Standard rating level, applications and approvals, and much more.
You may wish to hold off from printing copies as the Guide will be updated again in early 2018 to reflect the revised National Quality Standard commencing 1 February 2018. http://www.acecqa.gov.au/nqf-changes/guide-to-the-national-quality-framework
