FEEDBACK FRIDAY: Great to receive some kind words from a client regarding a recent Procurement Process & Procedure Review.
The client, a supplier to the hospitality market, sought an outside perspective on their inventory management practices. They knew there was room for improvement, but weren't sure where to start.
After visiting the client's office & warehouse, talking with the team and developing an understanding of their current practices and goals for the future, a report was prepared outlining recommendations and a scope of works for the next 6-12 months.
Processes were developed to automate their re-ordering function, reduce duplication in their product range, and improve supplier engagement. The net result will be efficiencies in inventory management, increased warehouse capacity, and strengthened supplier relationships. A great result for a fantastic client - a real pleasure to work with!
