Avoid the awkward silence next time you're trying to figure out where your client or colleague is working in a shared Google Doc, Google Sheet or Google Slide.

Simply find their icon in the top-right, double-click it and you'll be navigated straight to where their cursor is.

If they're viewing and not working in the doc, ask them to click where they'd like you to be directed.

When your client comes to town, you lunch!

Recently, one of our VAs had the opportunity to meet one of our Melbourne-based clients who was visiting Perth to run a workshop. Instead of their weekly Zoom WIP (work-in-progress meeting), they met for lunch and discussed business over pasta.

Meeting clients face-to-face is great, and it's always amazing to realise just how much we accomplish with our clients and the strength of the client relationships we develop long before meeting in person.
