Smart Bodies Smarter Minds Smart Bodies Smarter Minds is the bridge between the latest western health sciences and the ancient eastern wellness philosophies.

Smart Bodies Smarter Minds is Australia's first and only Rehab Clinic that is incorporating Virtual Reality settings and games into client's individual programs. Rohan O’Reilly is a Neurogenisist who has spent the past 23 years developing the
Smart Bodies Smarter Minds
Human Blueprint Programs. He is the founder of programs which focus on a “ground up” approach to creating empowerment throu

gh positive daily rituals, “organic” movements and powerful cognitive techniques. Using graphic demonstrations, Rohan bridges the latest western health sciences and the ancient eastern wellness philosophies to provide an insight into transformational programs that guarantee to positively blow your mind and body! The methodology is aimed at re-starting human evolution via stimulation of the three fundamental intelligences : Cognitive, Emotional & Physical. This is achieved by a mind-body approach to brain stimulation. New growth results from simple & complex movement patterns in specific codes & sequences that generate neuroplasticity and plasticity of the emotional and mental systems. People involved in the programs experience substantial improvements in their sensory integration capabilities, which results in them being able to deal with greater levels of stress without becoming fatigued, sick or injured. This generates greater feelings of wellness, personal awareness and productivity. Each program is specifically designed for individual needs and is based on “habitual patterning”. The “Patterning Effect” is one of the greatest determinants in whether people thrive or just survive. This includes nutritional habits, social interactions, living conditions, emotional backgrounds and other epigenetic (environmental) factors. The Smart Bodies Smarter Minds team find that by understanding how people perceive their environment, they can greatly assist in improving their quality of life in both the short & long term. My Friends,I wonder about this, not many of us have not engaged in this behavior at some time, though i feel that the challenge may be when some of our fellow humans default to this position.
It seems that times, belief systems can allow people to priorities their feelings/wants over those around them and in the broader human community, we cannot change others, though we can try our best most to be conscious considerate beings.

Personally, at a time such as this with so much tension and heartbreak on our planet, i vote to be part of the solution!, today consider giving something to someone you don't know, even a smile can change someones day.

Enjoy.
